Delivery Information:


We are a small independent fashion brand and use Royal Mail TRACK 24 & TRACK 48 to ship our UK orders. 

TRACK 24 delivery times 1-3 
working days from shipment email. 

TRACK 48 delivery times 2-4 working days from shipment email.

Royal Mail DO NOT CURRENTLY REQUIRE SIGNATURES

Royal Mail - TRACK 48, Tracked & Signed (2-4 Working Days) Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays - 0-2kg: £4.50

Royal Mail - TRACK 24 , Tracked & Signed (1-3 Working Days) Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays - Up to 1kg: £4.90 / Over 1kg: £6.95

Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery- Tracked & Signed (Excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays) - £8.90

European - Fedex International Tracked - 5 working day delivery from dispatch 

International - Fedex International - 5 day delivery from dispatch  - 1-2kg - £23.00.

Sloppy Joe Clothing ships to all countries in the EU, USA, Australia and New Zealand using Fedex International Tracked. Shipping costs applied at check out. Tracking number provided to customer. If you are overseas and have shipping enquiries about whether we can ship to you, contact the Team on enquiries@sloppyjoe.co.uk 

Big Order postage:

If you plan to place a big Sloppy Joe order of multiple items (over 4+ sweatshirts) which weighs over 2kg please email sales@sloppyjoe.co.uk and we can assist with postage charges 


Turnaround
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours from order, excluding Fridays and weekends. 

2nd class delivery orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days from order tracking notification.
1st class orders 1-3 working days from tracking notification.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if ordering on or near a Bank Holiday, this may affect the dispatch and delivery of your parcel. Please also allow extra time for delays during busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. 

Carriers

All our deliveries are made using Royal Mail and Fedex in the USA.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text from Sloppy Joe Clothing with your Royal Mail or Fedex tracking number and link to follow your parcel's journey. You will also receive SMS or email updates direct from Royal Mail about your parcel's delivery slot.

If you require an update on your package, track it or contact Royal Mail - 0345 774 0740 or your local sorting office.

DELIVERY T&C'S

Potential Delays

Deliveries can occasionally encounter complications along the way such as:

  • Vehicle Breakdowns
  • Royal Mail Industrial Strikes 
  • Staff isolation due to Covid-19 at sorting offices / postmen 
  • Missing/Incomplete Address Details
  • Unable to locate the address
  • Busy periods ie. Christmas, Black Friday etc
  • Loss or Damage

  • Late Dispatch

    Although we aim to dispatch all orders within the specified service time frame, there are some circumstances that may cause a delay in the dispatch of your order. These are exceptional situations and those in which cannot be avoided, therefore, we are unable to offer a refund for delivery costs however we will endeavour to keep you updated. 
    If you have pre-ordered an item - you will receive a tracking number once the order ships. If you want to follow up a pre-order please email enquiries@sloppyjoe.co.uk 

    Late/Missed Deliveries

    Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to Royal Mail or Fedex it is the responsibility of them to fulfil the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly.

    Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

    - The courier has attempted delivery, but has unfortunately missed you.
    - The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
    - Vehicle Breakdowns
    - Unable to locate your address
    - Incorrect address provided
    - Courier parcel loss
    - Staff illness delays in dispatching (such as Covid-19)

    Shipping a return or exchange 

    To return a product, email sales@sloppyjoe.co.uk to get the return address if you no longer have the return and exchange form

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - Sloppy Joe clothing will cover the subsequent exchange cost (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    We would advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we proof of postage should a returned item not reach us.
