CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:

We are a small independent fashion brand and use Royal Mail to ship our orders rather than big name couriers. Royal Mail is reliable but their service is slightly slower than usual. If your order is urgent, we recommend choosing '1st Class Signed For' at check out. Or emailing us on enquiries@sloppyjoe.co.uk to request a 'SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY' at the extra cost (£8.95) for super-urgent orders.

* We are a small team and due to social distancing and to limit our drops to the post office, we shall be shipping out 2-3 times a week, rather than every day as before. Your order WILL ARRIVE but it may take longer than usual in these challenging times.

Highlands & Islands - Royal Mail - 1st Class, Tracked & Signed (1-3 Working Days) Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays - Up to 1kg: £4.95 / Over 1kg: £6.90

European - Royal Mail - International Tracked - up to 700g £11.90, 700g-1kg - £12.95, 1-2kg: £15.55
International - Royal Mail - International Tracked £15.80 - up to 1kg. £21.40 - 1-2kg.

Sloppy Joe Clothing ships to all countries in the EU, USA, Australia and New Zealand using Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping costs applied at check out. Tracking number provided to customer. Big Order postage:

If you plan to place a big Sloppy Joe order of multiple items (over 4+ sweatshirts) which weighs over 2kg please email enquiries@sloppyjoe.co.uk or call the Team on 020 8878 3615 and we can assist with postage charges as as Parcelforce can be used in this instance.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours from order, excluding Fridays and weekends. 

2nd class delivery orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days from order tracking notification.
1st class orders 2-5 working days from tracking notification.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if ordering on or near a Bank Holiday, this may affect the dispatch and delivery of your parcel. Please also allow extra time for delays during busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.

All our deliveries are made using Royal Mail.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text from Sloppy Joe Clothing with your Royal Mail tracking number and link to follow your parcel's journey. Please note there will only be an update on package's journey after dropping at the PO once DELIVERY HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED.

Potential Delays

Deliveries can occasionally encounter complications along the way such as:

  • Vehicle Breakdowns
  • Missing/Incomplete Address Details
  • Unable to locate the address
  • Busy periods ie. Christmas, Black Friday etc
  • Loss or Damage

  • Late Dispatch

    Although we aim to dispatch all orders within the specified service time frame, there are some circumstances that may cause a delay in the dispatch of your order. We are a small team, working in different locations due to social distancing and some small delays may occur due to this. These are exceptional situations and those in which cannot be avoided, therefore, we are unable to offer a refund for delivery costs however we will endeavour to keep you updated. 
    If you have pre-ordered an item - you will receive a tracking number once the order ships. If you want to follow up a pre-order please email enquiries@sloppyjoe.co.uk 

    Late/Missed Deliveries

    Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to Royal Mail it is the responsibility of them to fulfil the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly.

    Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

    • The courier has attempted delivery, but has unfortunately missed you.
    • The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you.
      • Vehicle Breakdowns
      • Unable to locate your address
      • Incorrect address provided

    Orders Delivered In Safe Place?

    All Sloppy Joe packages in the UK must be signed for, so it is not possible for your package to be left in a 'safe place' by Royal Mail. 


    Shipping a return or exchange 

    To return a product, you should mail your product to: Sloppy Joe Clothing, 15 Dukes Court, 77 Mortlake High Street, London, SW14 8HS, United Kingdom

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and subsequent exchange cost (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    We would advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we proof of postage should a returned item not reach us.
