When will my order ship?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
1-3 days (we do not ship on weekends) to prepare your order, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items.
UK Shipping Time:
Arrives in 1-3 business days from dispatch. Allow for extra time during Covid
USA, Canada, Australia Shipping Time:
Arrives around 7 - 16 days from dispatch. Allow for extra time during Covid
How do I check the status of my order?
You can view your orders and tracking status information on your dispatch confirmation email or SMS. UK orders can be tracked Royal Mail and US orders pass to UPS when they reach Stateside and can be further tracked.
How long do I have to initiate a refund?
If there is any issue with the product received, we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your issue, attach photos if possible
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you've purchased the wrong items, sizes or colors, or even you've filled the wrong address and would like to make a change, please contact us as fast as you can by emailing email@example.com - you can also reply direct to your order confirmation email. As we're fulfilling really fast after getting your order, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed successfully and we are not liable for late changes
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email as fast as you can and we will issue a full refund as long as your order has not yet been fulfilled.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Return Policy, once your order has been delivered to you.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Orders" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number and link.
You can also go to the mailbox of the email that you were using to place order at Sloppy Joe Clothing and search key words "Sloppy Joe" on your mailbox, find the shipping notification email including tracking link from us.
How does Sloppy Joe Clothing Pre-ordering work?
Certain styles will become available for pre-order through the website once they are in Production in the UK. Once the pre-order limit available (being produced) is reached, the pre-order facility will close. This option is available for customers who are happy to wait for their Sloppy Joe and don't want to miss out. Popular styles and new colours have a tendency to sell out quickly, so pre-order enables us to notify customers who have requested to be on a 'wait list' to get the product they want during this time.
The wait on pre-orders varies from days to the maximum of 5 weeks. During Covid and following the UK National Lockdown Production can slow down and the wait time may be slightly longer than anticipated - but your order will arrive and we are working hard to get orders out ASAP when our deliveries arrive.
Why do I only receive part of my order?
Items which have inventory will be shipped first to UK customers. Overseas customers will wait for all garments to be available before shipping.
If all the packages are all delivered and you believe there is item/items missing, please contact us immediately.
Why did I receive a partial refund?
If you placed two separate orders at different times, we will aim to place these in the same package and you will receive a partial shipping refund. If you are purchasing multiple Sloppy Joe Sweatshirts from overseas, and have been overcharged for Heavy Goods, we will refund the shipping difference where possible and send you your order in 2 packages to save your shipping expense.
Why was my order cancelled?
There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
- The item(s) sold out.
- The item(s) stopped selling.
- We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order
