NOTICE OF ROYAL MAIL STRIKE ACTION:
We wanted to let you know that due to Royal Mail's industrial strike action in the coming weeks, there will be disruption to their collections and services on or around the following dates. This means that deliveries around this period could take longer than normal to reach you.
- Thursday 1st December
& also: 9, 11, 14, 15, 23, 24 December
& also: 9, 11, 14, 15, 23, 24 December
Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control so we advise that you order early to avoid delays and ensure delivery for Christmas.
We will do all we can to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum, however, it is likely that orders made on the dates above will be collected the following working day causing a delay in getting your orders to you on time.
We suggest UK customers use TRACK 24 and we have been advised to let customers know on both sides of the Pond there will be some delays to our National Post Service over this time.
