All garments are sent out by Special Delivery with Royal Mail. A non-refundable charge of £6.70 per garment, (£8.65 for two) is added at the point of sale. Any return postage is covered by the customer. Outside UK postage charge would be according to weight. Any faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We are unable to exchange garments that have been worn or laundered. We offer an exchange or credit note on returned garments. We are unable to refund unless goods are faulty and cannot be replaced. Washing Instructions: All garments can be washed at 40 degrees and tumble dried. We do not advise dry cleaning or the use of stain removers. We advise all garments are washed with like colours. We are taking orders by email or by telephone, as some customers prefer to have help in choosing sizes, etc. Should difficulties arise in reaching us by telephone, please email and we will respond within 24 hours. |
